The admission process at Jordan HGH typically involves an initial assessment to determine the individual's needs and eligibility. This is followed by a tour of the home and meetings with staff to discuss the individual's goals and support needs. Finally, the individual and their support network will work with us to develop a care plan and transition plan.

Our staff are highly trained and experienced in working with individuals with disabilities. We have Licensed Staff with over 20 years experinece in the field. We provide ongoing training and support to ensure that our staff are equipped to meet the unique needs of our residents.

We welcome visitors to our home. However, we ask that visitors schedule visits in advance to ensure that they do not disrupt the daily routines of our residents.
